• We offer education consultancy, university advisory, and representation services to assist students seeking admission to universities. Our services are provided free of charge to students.

• Our services are available to all individuals seeking educational opportunities, without restrictions based on sex, age, race, nationality, wealth etc…. Services are intended solely for educational purposes.

• We collect personal information, including but not limited to documents such as passports, academic records, recommendation letters, personal statements, and contact details. This information is necessary for university applications and will be used exclusively for this purpose.

• While we work to provide accurate and reliable services, we do not guarantee admission to universities or scholarships. The final decision depends on universities. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from university decisions, except where a mistake is proven to be on our part, in which case we will provide support for reapplying.

• Applicants must provide most accurate and truthful information. Submission of false documents may result in termination of services, and we reserve the right to seek compensation for any harm to our brand and reputation if proven student did intentionality or by fake documents.

• We reserve the right to discontinue services to any user who breaches these Terms of Use, including providing false information or documents.

Who will be responsible if anything happens.

• These Terms of Use can be governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes may be addressed in the courts of either jurisdiction.

How we handle complaints

• If you use our services and either side are unhappy, first step is to inform each side and to solve disputes related to services subjected to our terms. However, if not solved, both sides reserve right to approach jurisdiction.

• Users are free to share our materials provided by us for educational purposes only without restrictions. Sharing our files to competitors are prohibited. If found it can result in termination of services.
